At Berryod Care, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept refunds or returns for:

  • Opened or used personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products purchased during clearance or promotional sales

  • Orders returned after the 7 days

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at berryodcare@gmail.com with your order ID, reason for return, and photo proof (if applicable)

  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a return pickup (if required)

  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement

  • Once processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible
