Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (in case of prepaid) or confirmation of a valid COD request.

  • Customers may cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing them by contacting us directly.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within the estimated delivery window.

  • Delays due to courier or external factors are not under our control.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses or contact details provided by the customer.


Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned product is inspected and approved.

  • Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns.
