Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at berryodstyle@gmail.com with your order details.
  • After Shipment: You are not allowed to cancel the order for products after the products have been packed and an invoice has been generated.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: Our return policy lasts for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
  • Non-returnable Items: Sale items and personalized/customized products are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at berryodstyle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

  • Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.
  • Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • Damaged or Changed Products: If the product is damaged or changed, contact us within 48 hours after its delivery. If confirmed, we will refund the full amount of the product, excluding the delivery charge.
