Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at berryodstyle@gmail.com with your order details.
After Shipment: You are not allowed to cancel the order for products after the products have been packed and an invoice has been generated.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Eligibility: Our return policy lasts for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, worn, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return.
Non-returnable Items: Sale items and personalized/customized products are non-returnable.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at berryodstyle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.
Approval: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Damaged or Changed Products: If the product is damaged or changed, contact us within 48 hours after its delivery. If confirmed, we will refund the full amount of the product, excluding the delivery charge.

Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within India. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order directly on our website using the tracking number provided.

Delivery Policy

Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping. While we strive to meet these delivery times, please note that during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be extended.
Delivery Address: Please ensure that all delivery information is correct. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, we may need to contact you to update this information, which may delay your order. Berryod is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from a local depot. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow these instructions.
Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at berryodstyle@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
