Shipping Policy
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within India. Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order directly on our website using the tracking number provided.
Delivery Policy
- Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping. While we strive to meet these delivery times, please note that during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be extended.
- Delivery Address: Please ensure that all delivery information is correct. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, we may need to contact you to update this information, which may delay your order. Berryod is not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
- Missed Deliveries: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier may leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from a local depot. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow these instructions.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at berryodstyle@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
